What is included?

The first 60 minutes includes intuitive talk therapy that dives into issues that are causing imbalances in your day to day life. Then followed by 30 minutes under the Crystal Light stand true, Color Therapy. These these lights are tuned to the color frequency based on the color spectrum.Color therapy is an alternative therapy that uses colors and their frequencies to heal physical and emotional traumas trapped within the human body.The goal of color therapy is to correct physiological and psychological imbalances in the human body. For instance, if you're stressed, color therapy can help soothe you so that you can regain your psychological balance. If you're depressed, color therapy can be used to invigorate you and give you increased energy.

In this 30 minutes you will also be lying on the Multi-Dimensional Vibration Healing Bed having a Sound Experience.

Everything is energy and all energy has frequencies. In order to bring harmony to the body we need to make sure our energy body is resonating at a healthy frequency. While you are feeling the healing frequencies throughout your body, you will be able to hear the music with head phones getting a Sound Experience like never before.

Crystal Healing Session

In the first 15 minutes we will identify your needs and the specific crystals we will place on or around the body.

Reiki Session

Do you suffer from Anxiety, Fatigue, or Chronic Pain?

As an Usui Holy Fire® Master Teacher, I offer an integrated blend of Reiki and gentle touch. Reiki is a hands-on energy healing, known for its ability to balance energy within the body and help realign the body, mind and spirit connection to help a person find and maintain better over all health and wellness.

Of course if a person doesn't prefer touch this is always an option as seen in the photo. Your safety is my concern as I have cultivated creating a "safe space".

Reiki treatments may be used as part of a treatment plan to help relieve depression. Clients have reported an improvement of their physical symptoms, mood, and well-being. They also reported more feelings of relaxation, increased curiosity, and enhanced levels of self-care.

You can always add on Reiki to another service if you like.

Adolescent and Teen Healing Sessions (This will require consultation with Parents.)

Is your child or teenager beginning to socially withdrawl? Are they depressed, causing self-harm, have low self-esteem, confused or unable to cope?

Lets face it being a child or teenager today can be extremely difficult, especially with the chaos of the last few years. As for teenagers they undergo many changes physically, emotionally, and psychologically, which can be challenging to cope with.

Why doesn't anyone hear me?!!!!

It is common for children and teens to face various pressures, from conforming to what society expects, heavy academic workloads, selecting a future career path to forming their sense of identity.

Some children and teenagers may experience bullying or peer pressure or question their gender or sexual identity as they navigate relationships for the first time.

Additionally, the prevalence of social media in today’s culture has been linked to social comparison and lowered self-esteem. With all of the stresses of our modern world, many teens can benefit from counseling as they navigate these challenges.

Intuitive Counseling or Coaching is a perfect addition to contemporary practices.

What are some of the techniques they will learn?

I pride myself in making sure children and teenagers feel safe. I understand gender fluidity and allow children to comfortably identify in anyway they feel.

Animal Communication or FaunaQi Session

$150 minimum

Sessions can last a couple of hours or less. I don't put a timer on the animals comfort of communication.

What is FaunaQI?

Fauna is all animal life, and Qi is energy.

As a Usui Holy Fire® Master Teacher I offer a beautiful blend of Fauna-Qi and Animal Communication. Our pets are speaking to us, but not how we think. If your pet is ill, depressed, over stimulated, or displaying aggressive behaviors it is necessary to get them the help they need.

Do you have a service animal? If you do it is necessary to clear the energy they are absorbing from you and others.

We LOVE our pets, let's give them a different sense of healing. Allow me to connect and communicate with them so you can have a more fulfilled life with them .

Distant healing and communications sessions are also available. Have you given your animal a Crystal Healing session? Sessions can last hours or 30 minutes.
